Serge Infanti
Executive ChairmanSerge initially joined Foodco in 1990 as a franchise partner successfully operating two Jamaica Blue and two Muffin Break cafes, before joining the executive team to lead the development, leasing and store design and constructions teams . From 2007 Serge lead the global business in his role as Managing Director and in his current role as Executive Chairman is responsible for international licensed operations, key global projects, supporting the UK growth plan and franchise industry representation. Prior to Foodco, Serge held various management, financial and marketing roles at IBM Australia and Asia Pacific.
Richard Goodman
Chief Executive Officer, Australia & New ZealandRichard joined Foodco in February 2022 as Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Foodco, Richard held senior commercial, finance, planning and communication roles at David Jones and was Managing Director with Heinemann Australia. Richard has deep retail experience and a passion for developing people and a commitment to partnering with Franchisees.
Michael Arbuckle
Managing Director, Foodco United KingdomMichael first became involved with Foodco in 1992 when he his partner Robyn were franchise partners. Michael and Robyn went on to be our licensed partner in New Zealand (now a Foodco Group Business) & joint venture partners in the United Kingdom.
Nina Cosgrove
General Manager - OperationsComing from a Food & Beverage background with an already established career in franchising, Nina started with Foodco as an Operations Consultant in 2007. Since then she has held several positions within the operations team at Foodco - Regional Manager, National Operations Manager and now as General Manager of Operations. Nina’s focus and passion is to finesse in-store systems and processes, provided training and mentoring to the operations team, improve franchisee satisfaction and engagement and enhance brand standards.
Matthew Williams
General Manager - Foodco Property and DesignMatthew joined Foodco in 2002, prior to his current role, he held leadership roles in Foodco’s system operations. Before joining Foodco, Matthew’s previous roles included Franchise Business Management with Coles, Myer & McDonalds Australia.
Mauricio Trincado
Chief Financial OfficerMauricio joined Foodco in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer - a role that encompasses finance and IT for the global business. With 20+ years' experience across retail, FMCG, healthcare and multi-site operations, Mauricio has a passion for developing, managing and leading high performance finance and shared service teams.
Lynne Milburn
General Manager - People, Training & ComplianceLynne joined Foodco in October 2022 as General Manager - People, Training & Compliance. Prior to Foodco, Lynne has worked in a range of Human Resource positions across a variety of industries, with a background in both growing and established organizations. She is highly experienced in her field, especially with founder-led environments experiencing growth. Lynne is passionate about working with teams and working with key stakeholders to deliver results.
Tony Brusch
General Manager - Coffee, Hospitals & TransitTony joined Foodco in 2004, working across a variety of senior roles in development, leasing and operations. Prior to joining Foodco, Tony had a successful banking career in the UK before moving into café ownership. He has also held the role of National Development Manager for operators within the health and beauty sector.
Sarah Bolton Hall
International Partner ManagerSarah joined Foodco in 2003. Prior to her current role, she worked across a range of business units including operations, development, legal and marketing. With a passion for people and projects, in her current role Sarah supports existing and new international License Partners.
Donna Oakley-Davies
General Manager - Customer and MarketingDonna joined Foodco in July 2024 as General Manager of Marketing and Customer Satisfaction. With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, Donna brings a wealth of experience in Strategic Marketing and Commercial Management within the FMCG sector. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of categories, including food, personal care, and health, and she has held leadership roles at prominent global & local brands such as H J Heinz, Colgate, S C Johnson, Mars, Arnott’s, & Primo. Donna is passionate about building compelling brands, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results. Her collaborative approach is instrumental in building strong partnerships both internally and within the franchise network.
Sarah Eves
General Manager - LegalSarah joined Foodco in April 2024 and is responsible for leading Foodco’s legal services as the General Manager, Legal. She is a dual qualified lawyer (Australia and New Zealand) and has worked across a variety of industries including consumer markets (Nestlé), insurance technology and services, professional services (EY) and higher education. With over 23 years’ experience, Sarah has a wealth of experience across the gambit of legal matters arising in business, including working within strong regulatory frameworks and with regulators, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, retail and commercial leasing, consumer law, B2B, manufacturing, supply chain, dispute resolution and employee matters. Alongside her legal background, Sarah has extensive experience in areas such as risk, governance, and compliance, as well as in strategic planning, operational execution, and business transformation. A key driver and focus for Sarah is successful business partnering, ensuring alignment to execute on the strategic, operational, and commercial objectives of the business, and driving performance.
Pete Hartley
General Manager - Foodco New ZealandPete joined Foodco in 2024 as General Manager Foodco New Zealand. Prior to joining Foodco, Pete had a successful career in supermarket retailing holding several Senior Leadership roles across many corporate and independent supermarket retail chains, both in New Zealand and Australia. Familiar with building and executing strategy, Pete brings a passion for creating a people and customer centric culture focused on fuelling business for growth and delivering strong and sustainable commercial outputs. Included within Pete's leadership qualities is his authentic and collaborative style, his stakeholder management and strong communication style.
